The son of William A. and Ida (Koch) Ramsay, he was born September 18, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday (August 22, 2013) at Christ's Family Church, 531 N. Baltimore, Kirksville.
