Michael Alfred Wadleigh

Michael Alfred Wadleigh passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on July 31, 1945, Michael will be remembered with love and gratitude by those who knew him.

Michael took joy in the things that brought him comfort and happiness throughout his life. Zebras were his favorite animal, and he loved football, enjoyed playing solitaire, and had a special fondness for Tombstone Supreme pizza. He also cherished the traveling he did with his parents as a child, and the beauty of the Tuscan mountains remained among the places he loved.

He is survived by his longtime companion Pat Wallace and their dog Ellie Mae, his step-sons, Richard (Mamy) Barnes and Tim (Kara) West, by his step-daughter, Mary Jaques-Harper, his brother, Stewart (Karen) Wadleigh, and four grandchildren. Each of them shared in Michael’s life in meaningful ways and will carry his memory forward with affection.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, two step-sons, a step-son in law, and his brother, Wayne.
