Phil "Bubby" Ruggles

Phil “Bubby” Ruggles, 70, of Worthington, Missouri, passed away at the University of Missouri Hospital and Clinics in Columbia, Missouri, after a brief illness.

Phil Harris “Bubby” Ruggles was born in Unionville, Missouri, on January 14, 1951, the son of Earl and Audrey (Wilson) Ruggles.  He is survived by a son, Howard Ruggles of Kentucky, and two daughters, Cortney (Lorenzo) Ruggles and Audrey (Thomas) Young, both of Waterloo, Iowa.  He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren, as well as a brother, Luke (Rhonda) Ruggles and a sister, Hope (Melvin) Morrow, both of Worthington, Missouri.
