Virginia Bachman

Virginia Leora Bachman, 68 of Kirksville passed away, Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at her home.

The daughter of Russell and Anna (Elam) Foster, she was born August 21, 1952 in Green Castle, Missouri. On May 8, 1980 in Kirksville she was united in marriage to Sammie Bachman.

Virginia is survived by her husband, Sammie; and one brother, Russell Foster of Green City, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Virginia was raised in Green Castle and graduated from Novinger High School. She worked at Truman State University and then for Hollister’s for thirty-two years.

She was a member of the Chariton Valley Cowboy Church. She loved her husband and her cats.

Virginia was cremated and no services are scheduled at this time.
